Environmental protection

In order to protect both the health of our cleaners and the environment, we aim to use environmentally friendly and safe solutions when cleaning offices. These include reusing and recycling plastic detergent bottles, selective waste disposal, providing recycled plastic or biodegradable bin bags and upon request using only environmentally friendly cleaning products.

What office cleaning services do we provide?

In addition to regular (e.g. daily) office cleaning, daytime and deep cleaning, we also clean carpet and upholstery and supply our customers with office- and hygiene-related consumable products such as dishwasher tablets, paper towels, liquid soap, etc. We supply and install dispensers if required.

Frequently asked questions

Do we always send the same cleaners to our clients?

We always send the same cleaners to our clients' offices - even for years - except when there is an unforeseen event that makes substitution or new cleaning personnel necessary (e.g. illness or a change of job). 

What responsibility do we take in office cleaning?

We have comprehensive general liability insurance (regarding our activities, employees and services) for office cleaning and other related services up to a total amount of 50 million forints (approx. 125000 euros).

We only provide cleaners with a certificate of good conduct to clean our clients' offices and in many cases, cleaners come to work for us on the recommendation of those already working at our company.

In our contracts we take full responsibility for protecting trade secrets and other confidential information and for handling access codes, keys, keycards, etc.

What cleaning equipment and detergents do we provide for office cleaning?

We provide all cleaning equipment and detergents needed for office cleaning (and their price is included in our quoted fees except in the case of special requirements such as biodegradable bin bags).

Do we clean carpet and upholstery?

As the vast majority of offices are covered with carpet, we, of course, provide carpet and upholstery cleaning and our highly experienced cleaners can remove most stains. We recommend full carpet cleaning less frequently (every two or three years), and in the case of new or almost new carpet, stain removal done at regular intervals is usually sufficient. We always give a separate quote for carpet and upholstery cleaning after an on-site survey.

How often is regular office cleaning needed?

Depending on the size of the area that needs to be cleaned we recommend regular office cleaning 1 or 2 times a week in 150-300-sqm offices, 2 or 3 times a week in 200-500-sqm offices and 5 times a week in offices larger than 500 sqm but of course the cleaning frequency may be different if required by the circumstances in the office we need to clean or by our client. If many of your coworkers work from home, even a lower cleaning frequency may be sufficient in larger offices.

What dispenser refills and other products do we provide?

We can provide refills that offer great value for money for most dispensers on the market and the type and quality of these refills does not change over time. We can provide aesthetically pleasing and high-quality dispensers if required and can also install them in toilets and other areas we are contracted to clean.

On request we can also supply our clients with other cleaning- or hygiene-related products (e.g. dishwasher tablets, air fresheners, etc.). The delivery of products is documented and fully automatic.
