Our consumable supply system operates fully automatically: the janitorial staff monitors stock levels, reports when refills are needed, and we purchase and deliver the items.
Each delivery is documented with a detailed itemized list and photos. After the initial setup, our clients do not need to manage anything.

The ideal cleaning frequency depends on office size, its use, and how often employees are on-site. Based on our experience:

• 150–300 m²: 1–2 cleanings per week are typically sufficient,
• 300–500 m²: 2 cleanings per week are most common,
• over 500 m²: 2–3 cleanings per week ensure cleanliness in the long term,
• over 800 m²: daily cleaning is recommended.

If many employees work from home, even larger offices may require less cleaning occasions per week. We can recommend an appropriate cleaning frequency after an on-site assessment and a clear understanding of your preferences.

As a cleaning company, we offer a complete, all-in-one service, which includes providing all cleaning equipment and cleaning products, hygiene consumables and dispensers, a full team and equipment needed for deep cleaning and the transportation of such equipment. Upon request, we also provide carpet and upholstery cleaning.

If you employ your own cleaner, these tasks require organization, purchasing, and often the involvement of multiple external vendors — which means significantly more work and more room for errors.

With us, substitution due to illness or vacation is handled automatically, ensuring uninterrupted office cleaning.

Deep cleaning is an optional service available to our contracted clients, and we generally recommend scheduling it once a year. This helps maintain excellent long-term cleanliness.
Depending on the size of the office, the work is carried out by a 3–12-person team, and we transport all necessary equipment to the site. Deep cleaning is typically performed on a Saturday and usually takes a full day.

Our standard practice is to perform cleaning outside working hours — this avoids disrupting employees and allows our cleaning staff to work more efficiently.
However, if required, daytime office cleaning is also available. In certain environments — such as embassies or companies with strict security requirements — this is the only option.
Due to the circumstances, daytime commercial cleaning typically involves a higher service fee.
